Resepi Panna Cotta Coklat Putih

Panna Cotta dengan Sos Strawberi

Bahan-bahan (panna cotta) – 4 cawan

150 g coklat putih (dipotong)
2 cawan thickened cream
1 sudu kecil esen vanilla
1 sudu besar air panas
1 1/2 sudu kecil serbuk gelatin


  1. Campurkan coklat putih, thickened cream dan esen vanilla dalam periuk kecil. Panaskan di atas api yang perlahan dan kacau sehingga coklat putih cair dan campuran sebati.
  2. Masukkan air panas ke dalam cawan. Kemudian masukkan gelatin dan kacau sehingga larut. Masukkan gelatin ke dalam campuran coklat putih dan kacau sehingga sebati.
  3. Tuang campuran coklat putih ke dalam cawan. Kemudian sejukkan selama 4 jam.

Bahan-bahan (sos strawberi)

10-15 biji buah strawberi – dipotong
2 sudu besar jus lemon
2 sudu besar gula
1/2 cawan air
2 sudu kecil tepung jagung + 3 sudu besar air

  1. Panaskan oven pada suhu 180 celsius. Sapu dulang dengan sedikit minyak, kemudian masukkan buah strawberi ke dalam dulang dan bakar selama 20 minit.
  2. Kisar buah strawberi sehingga sebati. (boleh juga dilenyekkan dengan sudu)
  3. Campurkan strawberri, jus lemon, gula dan air di dalam periuk kecil dan panaskan dengan api yang perlahan.
  4. Masukkan tepung jagung yang dikacau dengan air terlebih dahulu ke dalam periuk. Kacau hingga sekata dan panaskan sehingga sos strawberi menjadi pekat.
  5. Tapis sos strawberi dan hidangkan bersama panna cotta coklat putih.
